This extension does not collect any personal data. It has no accounts and no server. Nothing is sold or shared.
Your watchlist (card names, ids, and last seen prices) is stored locally using the storage API. It never leaves your device and is cleared when you uninstall the extension.
The popup requests the public YGOPRODeck API (db.ygoprodeck.com) to search cards and fetch market prices. These requests include your IP address, as any web request does, and carry no personal data. The extension sends nothing else anywhere.
