This extension does not collect any personal data. It has no accounts, no login, and no server. Everything it does happens locally on your device, and nothing is sold or shared.
Your saved stories and feed preferences are stored locally using the storage API. They never leave your device and are cleared when you uninstall the extension.
The popup requests the public Crossref and OpenAlex research APIs for article titles and summaries. These requests include your IP address, as any web request does. The extension sends nothing else anywhere.
