ChipMaker is a chiptune MIDI studio that runs as your new tab page. You compose 8 bit music with a step sequencer, hear it with the browser's audio engine, and export your song as a MIDI file.
This extension does not collect any personal data. It has no accounts, no login, and no server. Your songs are built and played entirely on your device.
Your patterns and settings are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. They never leave your browser and are cleared when you clear browser data or uninstall the extension. Exported MIDI files are written only where your browser saves downloads.
This extension makes no network requests of its own.
